Neurodiversity Celebration Week podcasts

The early part of the year sees Neurodiversity Celebration Week in March and then Autism Acceptance Month in April, so there's a whole flurry of activity tied to these events. The Autistic Radio Spectrum Voices Conversations group got on board with one of the resources for NDCW – six conversation starters for workplaces to use.
 

We recorded our answers and insights to these prompts and created two podcasts, each about half an hour, that employers, managers, business owners (and everyone else) can listen to. We put our authentic autistic voices into conversations so anyone can benefit from our unique viewpoints.
