Neurodiversity training

I design and deliver neurodiversity training for workplaces including offices, educational establishments, charities, retailers, service providers, healthcare providers... just about anywhere in fact!

I bring my own lived experience, insights from the neurodivergent community, scientific research and a flair for public speaking and engagement to create compelling and informative sessions for your organisation.

For general neurodiversity awareness and understanding, suitable for all employees, I offer a one hour Understanding Neurodiversity session which covers the terminology and context, six common conditions, how to make support and work with neurodivergent people and a Q&A session.

For a more in depth session covering legal requirements, the recruitment process, reasonable adjustments and a deeper look at neurodivergent conditions I offer a half-day course (3 hours+) Accommodating Neurodiversity session suitable for all employees, but particularly useful for line managers and HR staff.

I can also create bespoke sessions, add a longer Q&A session, present generally about my experiences as a neurodivergent person or take part in panel discussions.

Sessions are delivered online, or in person at your premises.  I am based in West Sussex and include up to 30 miles of driving for in person sessions.  Longer distances, including overnights, can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

Please contact me for prices and availability.  Discounts available for charities, non-profits and CICs.
